PARCEL • FREIGHT • POLICY • TECHNOLOGY

Policy grounded in how commerce actually moves.

The Parcel & Freight Policy Council brings together transportation, technology, and commerce leaders to address the policies and operating standards that shape parcel and freight networks.

We turn complex industry issues into practical, informed recommendations for carriers, regulators, technology providers, and the businesses they serve.

Advance practical public policy, technical standards, and industry collaboration across the parcel and freight ecosystem.

We provide a forum for members to identify shared challenges, develop informed positions, and engage constructively with carriers, regulators, and other industry stakeholders. Our work focuses on reducing unnecessary friction, improving interoperability, and supporting reliable, competitive transportation networks.

Transportation runs on networks. Commerce runs on connections.

Modern transportation depends on more than physical networks. It depends on the policies, data standards, commercial rules, and technology connections that allow shippers, platforms, carriers, and customers to work together.

PFPC represents organizations operating across that connected ecosystem. Our members bring direct experience in parcel shipping, freight transportation, logistics technology, e-commerce, fulfillment, and related services.

The Council evolved from the Association for the Advancement of Shipping Label Technology. PFPC retains that technical foundation while expanding its scope to encompass the wider parcel and freight policy environment.
